How can I uninstall Downloader from my computer?Use Add/Remove Programs in your Control Panel to uninstall Downloader. Just find it in the list of programs and follow Windows instructions to remove it. Depending on version of Multi File Downloader there may be two names of it in Add/Remove - first one is "MFD" and the other one is "WinFile".

How can I find the place where files are saved?To open a folder just click a Folder icon on the right of the file you downloaded.

Can I change the folder where files are saved to?Files downloaded via Downloader are stored in “My Documents” folder by default, but if you want you can easily change the folder where files will be downloaded to. Just click “Settings” and choose the destination you want.

How can I delete downloads from download list?Click a download you want to canсel/delete - you will see it highlighted. Then press "Del" on your keyboard.

I downloaded software/game , but I do not understand how to install it, can you help me?Installation process may vary but usually you will just need to find and *.exe that comes with program, double click it and then follow the instructions on the screen.

I downloaded a game, but there is only ISO or MDS/MDF files, what should I do?These are specially compressed files that can be opened with Daemon Tools Software (http://www.disk-tools.com/download/daemon). When the files are opened with Daemon Tools the installation process will become common. You will just need to find an autorun or exe file and run it, unless it starts automatically.

How is it possible to register Downloader and join your community?Just right after the program is started you will see a Downloader icon in Windows System Tray. Left click it and choose “Buy Now”. When your browser window opens you will be offered to choose from different subscription types. Follow the instructions and you will get an activation code. Do not lose it. You will need that code for software activation. Enter that code in Activation key field and click “Activate” button.

I want to use Downloader at home and in the office, can I do it?You can use Downloader only on one computer with one activation key. But if you activated your Downloader copy in the office, but want to use it at home please submit a ticket and we will help you to solve this problem. In case you want to use Downloader on several computers – you will have to buy several subscriptions.
